Vomiting Bronze Statue

Throughout the world, some historical figures have quite literally been put on a pedestal. But the truth is, if you look a bit deeper, most of them have done things that shouldn’t be celebrated. At the 2026 Sculptures By The Sea, I created a provocative statue that made viewers reassess the people we’ve historically turned into bronze.

Working with XXXX, the statue was made out of XXXX but resembled a classic bronze statue and had a fully functioning fountain to spew water.

It was placed on the Bondi to Tamarama Beach coastal walk and became and instant hit amongst the events sculpture lovers.
