After the pandemic, working from home became more of a regular thing in Agencyland. But in doing so, it became harder for agencies to mentor junior creatives to be more confident at work, improve their technical ability and progress from a junior to a senior.

Throughout my career, I’ve been privileged enough to learn lots of tips and tricks from mentors and felt like I could share some of this wisdom with a new generation, so I started The Art Director Academy.

Art director Academy is a 5 day short course that ran in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane that covered all sorts of tips for Art Directors.
