Every Christmas time, Santa Claus’s iconic jolly face is plastered throughout the world. But the problem is, his likeness is used without his permission by corporate companies in their advertising. Slater & Gordon are lawyers that fight for fair. So in this campaign we’ve decided to take on Santa as a pro bono client to help protect his intellectual property and in doing so, keep the integrity of the the Santa brand and protect Christmas.
